Larry J. Coffman, RN, B.S.N.
Founder and president of CenterPointe Resources, Inc. with more than 35 years as a registered nurse. Medical experience spans more than 44 years with experience as nursing assistant, military medic, nurse corp. officer, medical facilities surveyor, and hospital administration. Home health experience spans more than 17 years with experience as an inspector of home health and hospice agencies, skilled nurse, and clinical director. Certified as psychiatric nurse, home health administrator and hospice administrator. Active as consultant for more than 15 years and has assisted starting of more than 35 home health agencies and 14 hospices in central US. Retired Lieutenant Colonel, Oklahoma Air National Guard.

John Brown, M.B.A.
A native Oklahoman with more than 25 years experience in all facets of Human Resource management. Current Director of Human Resources and associate consultant with CenterPointe Resources, Inc. Certified through the state of Oklahoma as a home health administrator and extensive experience in HR needs unique to the medical professions such as: compensation and benefits administration, health, safety and environmental, payroll administration, labor union avoidance, employee relations, performance improvement, disciplinary documentation and administration, workers compensation loss prevention and administration, compliance with State and Federal Labor and Employment laws and regulations. Additional extensive experienced with investigating, response to, and resolution of complaints and allegations regarding:

• EEOC & OSHA,
• Wage and Hour issues,
• Sexual Harassment, and
• Unemployment Claims.

Aimee Swickey, RN, B.S.N., CHPN
More than 11 years as a registered nurse with more than 7 years in hospice and 5 years in home health. Certified home health administrator, nationally certified in palliative care, and previous director of continuous quality improvement and associate consultant with CenterPointe Resources, Inc.

Jan Williams R.N., B.S.N.
Career as a nurse has spanned more than 30 years. Began nursing career as an L.P.N. working in emergency department. Completed her Bachelors Degree in Nursing in 2001 and began working in home health in 2004. Extensive experience in nursing organization and management with specialty areas of coding and OASIS assessments. Currently Director of Professional Services for home health and associate consultant with CenterPointe Resources, Inc.

John Little Axe, L.P.N., M.B.A.
John brings a variety of work experiences including FEMA investigator, assisted living executive director, home health LPN, and home health administration. Currently working as assistant administrator for home health and associate consultant with CenterPointe Resources, Inc.

Jana Hoffman, AD HT
Grew up providing accounting services for various family businesses and has worked in the banking industry for over 8 years. Earned Associate Degree in Health Technology from Murray State College in Tishomingo, OK. in 1985. Operations/Financial Officer for hospice for the past 4 years. Duties include hospice billing, accounts receivable and payable, payroll, 401 K management, and associate consultant with CenterPointe Resources, Inc.

Suzan Barnes
Operations Officer for home health agency for more than 11 years and associate consultant with CenterPointe Resources, Inc. Expert in home health data entry, accounts receivable and payable, home health billing, payroll, home health bookkeeping, and supply regulation. Extensive experience in training data entry, payroll, and clerical positions.

Sandy Hawkins
Marketing experience for hospice and home health of more than 15 years. Additional experience of 4 years as assistant administrator for hospice. Considered an expert at marketing strategies, marketing plans, and referral relationships. Extensive experience at public relations, growth and development. Currently marketing director for home health and hospice. Associate consultant with CenterPointe Resources, Inc.
